Our Return Policy
(Except as set forth below with respect to Media, Clearance and certain Specialty Items):
- Our Customers have 90 days to return unexpired, consumable products and 30 days to return undamaged non-consumable products for a full refund (less shipping charges).
- Preferred members have 1 year to return unexpired, consumable products and 90 days to return non-consumable products for a full refund (less shipping charges).
- PremierPlus members have 1 year to return unexpired, consumable products and 90 days to return non-consumable products for a full refund (less shipping charges).
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for all returns to process. (Check and money order customers, please allow up to 15 business days.)
Lifetime Guarantee
Our intent is to make you happy. We stand by our Premium Products and strive to provide items that will help you live a healthier lifestyle. In support of this, Health Real Solutions offers a Lifetime Guarantee for consumable items.
Even if you return an item otherwise eligible to be returned (i.e. an unexpired, consumable product or an undamaged, non-consumable product) beyond the return deadline set forth in this Return Policy, we will provide you nonetheless with a store credit equal to the value of the item returned, less shipping and restocking costs. Lifetime for consumable products refers to its “best by” or expiration date of the item or the lifetime of the product.
